NBA Finals: Game 2

Golden State Warriors vs Cleveland Cavaliers
Who will take the win?
Lebron started the game with the first shot of the night. Shooting back and forth, the teams took turns making shots. With 6:10 left in the first quarter, Golden State is leading 19-14 and the crowd is going crazy! Golden State is leading the first quarter, but only by 7. Golden State is leading 26-16 with 4:44 left in the first quarter. Cleveland moves up to 19, but Golden State is still at 26 points. Lebron catches a Golden State pass and brings the score up 21-28. With a foul by Jefferson on Curry, Golden State gains 3 free throws and bringing the score up 31-21; the Cavaliers shoot a 3 right after making the score 24-31. With foul shots by both teams, the score is 33-27 with 2 minutes left in the first quarter. A 3-pointer by the Cavaliers moves the score up 29-33, but Curry gains 2 more points with foul shots. The crowd is going crazy as both teams are moving up the score. A foul on Kirver gives the Cavaliers 3 points making the score 34-37. A 3-pointer by Golden State gives them a lead of 40 and they end the first half leading 40-34.
The Cavaliers start the second quarter by moving up 1 point with a foul shot making the score 35-40, but Golden State is quick to make a shot moving up 42-35. Another shot by Golden State moves their score up to 44, and then up again to 47. Golden State is definitely putting in work. The Cavaliers gain 3, but Golden State gains 3 right after. A 2-pointer brings up the score for the Cavaliers to 40. A jump shot by Love moves the score up by 2 for the Cavaliers and they gain 2 more points with 2 foul shots.    Another 2-pointer by the Cavaliers moves them up to 46, but Golden State is quick to follow; Golden State moves up to 52, and then 53, with a foul shot. With a 2-pointer the Cavaliers are now just 5 points behind Golden State with a score of 48-53, and then 50-55. The Cavaliers move up to only 3 points behind Golden State, but Golden State reminded them whose lead it was and moved it back to a 5 point lead. With 2 points, the Cavaliers are back to only 3 points behind . With 2 minutes left in the second quarter and first half, the score is 61-58. Just one point behind and now the score is 60-61, but Golden State made it short lived and moved it up 64-60 only for the Cavaliers to shoot a 2-pointer and make the Golden State lead only a 2 point lead. With 2 foul shots Golden State makes the score 65-62, making both foul shots. The second quarter ends with a score of 67-64. If Golden State can keep it up in the second half they will win. The way the Cavaliers are trying to gain the lead, Golden State better be careful and play even harder in the second half.
The first shot of the second half is made by the Cavaliers moving the score up 66-67; this is followed by a Golden State shot moving the score up 69-66. A 2-pointer by the Cavaliers makes the score 68-68, but a 3-pointer and a foul shot, both by Golden State, make the score 73-69. Even with a lead, the Cavaliers trail close behind. A foul on Curry gives Golden State 2 foul shots and moves their score up 2 points. Golden State moves up to a 10-point lead making the score 83-73. A 2-pointer by the Cavaliers moves the score up 75-83, but Curry shoots a 3 making the score 86-78. The Cavaliers turn Golden State's 8-point lead into a 4-point lead, making the score 82-86. With 2 foul shots Golden State moves the score up 88-82 making it a 6-point lead again; a 2-pointer quickly follows making the lead an 8-point lead. A foul shot makes the score 91-82 and then a 2-pointer gives Golden State an 11-point lead. A 3-pointer by Thompson moves the score up 96-84. A foul on Curry gives Golden state 2 foul shots and moves them up 2 points. The score is 102-86 with 18 seconds left in the third quarter. The third quarter ends with a score of 102-88.
The fourth quarter begins with both teams moving up, the Cavaliers at 90 and Golden State at 104. A 2-pointer moves the score up for the Cavaliers to 92, followed by a 2-pointer by Golden State moving their score up to 106. The score is 111-97 and Golden State is killing it! With 7 minutes left in the game, the score is 115-99 and Golden State is definitely making it known that they plan on keeping their lead! A 2-pointer and 3-pointer bring the score up 121-99, followed by 2 Cavaliers's 2-pointers making the score 104-121. A GS 2-pointer makes a 123-104 score. With 3 minutes left in the game the score is 127-106. Golden State ends the game 132-113.
Golden State kept the lead the entire game! The Cavaliers may have come close, but Golden State never let go of their lead. They showed that what's theirs is theirs, and tonight theirs was this lead! Congratulations Golden State and keep winning!
